Set before 70AD at the time of the Second Temple, you can explore Jerusalem before it was destroyed by the Romans in 70AD. The Second Temple was on the temple mount between 516BC and 70AD. All that remains now is the temple mount and an islamic mosque which now stands where the temple once stood. The Second Temple was the primary centre of worship for the Jews and contained many famous artifacts such as the 'Ark of the covenant' which held the 10 commandments, 'the Menorah' and 'altar of incense'. Players can explore through the south gate and also the eastern gate where they can reach the Mount of Olives.
Play either offline or online. Online mode you can interact with other players and speak with them. You can choose from a set of characters and choose the color of your clothing.
Second Temple is also integrated with Google Maps. As you explore the Second Temple you can see a corresponding satellite picture from Google Maps. It also includes GPS so if you are in Jerusalem for real you can walk around and your GPS coordinates are translated into game coordinates. If, for example, you are standing on the Dome of the Rock you will see the Second Temple.
